Alpine Stem Cell Extract
Rich in taxifolin and farrerol, two compounds structurally similar to fisetin, a well-known senolytic agent, Alpine Rose Extract helps support healthy skin renewal. Taxifolin modulates β-catenin-related cellular pathways involved in cell maturation, differentiation, proliferation, and repair. Farrerol helps reduce the expression of genes that inhibit apoptosis, promoting the natural removal of senescent (“zombie”) cells and supporting tissue renewal.
Apple Stem Cell Extract
Apple Stem Cell Extract supports the replacement of senescent cells eliminated through senolytic processes by stimulating the formation of new dermal precursor cells. These immature dermal cells can differentiate into healthy, functional fibroblasts, helping restore skin vitality. In vitro studies have demonstrated an increase in extracellular matrix (ECM) production. Additionally, Apple Stem Cell Extract promotes keratinocyte growth at the basement membrane, enhancing epidermal renewal and improving overall skin thickness.
Grape Stem Cell Extract
Grape Stem Cell Extract stimulates the regenerative capacity of epidermal precursor cells located above the basement membrane, which are responsible for the continuous renewal of the epidermis and its natural desquamation process. Constant exposure to UV radiation and other endogenous stressors can impair their function; Grape Stem Cell Extract helps counteract these effects by reducing irritation and preserving cellular vitality.

Niacinamide
Niacinamide enhances the regenerative potential initiated by the other active ingredients by supporting cellular function and energy metabolism. As a precursor of the NAD⁺/NADH system, it plays a key role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and energy production. Within the epidermis, it promotes ceramide biosynthesis, strengthening the skin barrier. In the dermis, it helps regulate melanogenesis and supports extracellular matrix (ECM) organization, resulting in a smoother, more even, and visibly healthier complexion.

REJUVE-NAD™
Rejuve-NAD™ is an active ingredient derived from organic sunflower sprouts, developed to support skin longevity by enhancing the skin’s natural production of NAD+, a key molecule involved in cellular energy metabolism, mitochondrial function, and the response to cellular damage. By increasing intracellular NAD+ availability, it supports cellular vitality by stimulating cellular respiration and repair processes. As a result, it helps address several hallmarks of ageing, including genomic instability, epigenetic alterations, mitochondrial dysfunction, loss of proteostasis, and cellular senescence. In vitro, on human keratinocytes exposed to ageing-related stress, Rejuve-NAD™ increased NAD+ levels beyond those observed in non-stressed control cells while reducing DNA damage markers, demonstrating support for the skin’s natural DNA repair mechanisms. Ex vivo, on skin explants exposed to UVA radiation and subsequently treated for 24 hours with a cream containing Rejuve-NAD™, the active ingredient reduced mitochondrial protein carbonylation and increased collagen density within the reticular dermis. In a randomized, double-blind clinical study, Rejuve-NAD™ demonstrated a visible lifting effect along the jawline and significantly reduced crow’s feet wrinkle depth. Compared with a reference database of more than 300 women aged 30 to 65, these improvements corresponded to a skin appearance estimated to be up to 8.2 years younger after 42 days of treatment.

Scientific Rationale

Rejuve-NAD™ has demonstrated in vitro and ex vivo support for NAD+ levels, DNA repair mechanisms, and collagen density. In a 2% placebo-controlled clinical study, it reduced wrinkle depth by up to 15.3% after 42 days, contributing to a skin appearance estimated to be up to 8.2 years younger.

KALIGEN PDRN CHICORY™
Kaligen PDRN Chicory™ is a vegan nucleobiotic obtained through a biofermentation process using chicory oligosaccharides as a functional substrate. This innovative process is designed to optimize the production of nucleotides and nucleic acids, reaching a concentration of up to 90% in the final extract. The supply of these biomacromolecules supports skin renewal, hydration, and plumping processes by enhancing the activity of native collagen. As a result, it promotes smoother, firmer, and visibly younger-looking skin.  Its efficacy has been demonstrated in vitro on human fibroblasts, where it increased cellular vitality by +138% and enhanced protein synthesis, supporting dermal functionality.
